Returns
- Refunds will be given on candles returned in new, unburnt and unused condition up to 7 days
- Items are no longer eligible for return after 14 days of purchase and are considered final sale
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment
- Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded

Refunds
The main reasons we will not refund are:
- The candle is not defective and has been burned
- The ring has been removed from the candle
- We have not received the candle back into store ( Please ensure you get a tracking number when you post your package)
